Taekwondo Stars

Jack was extremely successful, winning gold in sparring, gold in high kick, and silver in breaking (think smashing pieces of wood!) Jack said, "I had to spar against someone two belts above me. On paper you would say they were the favourite to win, so it was a great feeling when I beat him!"

Ella was also ahead of the competition, securing a gold medal in power breaking, silver in the jumping snap kick and bronze in patterns and sparring.
