The inaugural inter-house piano festival organised and compered by Mr Cardwell featured some of the schools' finest pianists. Each house providing musicians from across the year group competed to win the converted 2023 Hall Park Inter-House Piano Festival title.
Composers from Mozart to Mancini and a wide variety of film and popular music were performed to a high standard. Guest adjudicator Mrs Talkes-Nichols spoke of the overwhelming standard and enthusiasm demonstrated across the year groups.
The eventual winners of this highly sort after prize were Astle house.
