On Thursday, 8th February, our Year 11 GCSE and Year 12 A Level Art students had a fantastic day developing their skills and portfolio work with visiting artists Julian Bray, a freelance commercial artist, and Hedboy, a tattoo artist and graphic designer.
The group of students with Julian focused on the development of ideas and how to create a selection of composition and final piece ideas, whilst those working with Hedboy produced a range of artwork in his style (as well as practising using a tattoo gun - with biro ink cartridges!)
All students were exceptional, producing a vast array of research and work they can use towards their final grades moving forwards. Their behaviour, respect and talent was all commented on by the visiting artists, who would love to come back and work with Hall Park again in the future.
