Welcome to Hall Park Academy

I believe that students have a right to attend a school that is ambitious for them and will strive to help them achieve the very best that they can. A relentless focus on securing excellent academic outcomes for students is the core purpose of Hall Park Academy. The 2016 GCSE results continued to build on the success of previous years and saw students achieving well above national average in all of the key measures. In particular, two thirds of last year’s Year 11 cohort left this school with a C grade in English and Maths and Hall Park was ranked second place in Nottinghamshire when measuring student progress.

Similar success has been evident in our Post 16 provision with more students leaving this school with qualifications that allow them to secure places at the country’s top universities and the school is ranked 6th in the County for the progress students made in their A levels.

Alongside this focus on academic achievement, students are encouraged to embrace the wider aspects of school life and to participate in the many extra-curricular activities on offer. A commitment to develop the whole child is very important to us. 

Feeling safe and secure at school is paramount and the support provided by our experienced pastoral team, will endeavour to ensure that this happens. Furthermore, we value developing a strong relationship between home and school as we believe this is essential if we are to secure the best outcomes for Hall Park students.
